Top Scorer of week 4 goes to Rayce Ambler
Top scorer of week 5 goes to Sebastian Debo
The chump of Week 4 goes to Sean Garner
The chump of Week 5 goes to Mason Alex
Well from where I wrote last at the end of week 3, my predictions and thoughts could not have been more wrong. Last time I wrote, I said that Mason, Eli and Brady were gonna hold the top 3 spots all year and they were in a league of their own... but since then, Debo has taken over 1st place, Scotty has back to back wins, Seans team went from dying to buried 6 feet under.
In week 4, Rayce's team took a red bull before their games and popped off with lots of energy and points. He led the whole league in scoring week 4, almost getting over 200 points. Destroying Dawsons team by a total of 57 points. Love, Hampton, and Egbuka all popping off and almost outscoring Dawson whole team. Dawson relied on his defense to be in top 3 of scoring that week. As Rayce gets a win in the win column, he follows it with a loss to Joey in week 5. As Rayce battled some injuries in week 5, he benched a total of 52.1 points. Joey took a win riding on the back of Jammar Chase and Javonte Williams. Rayce seems to have drafted the Rookie of the year in Egbuka and he continues to carry his team scoring all the touchdowns! Rayce moves to 2-3, back to under .500
Joey is now riding a 3 game winning streak heading into week 6. Beating Mason in week 4 and Rayce in week 5, Joey has turned his season around and is making a move up the standings. His team is doing everything right to squeak out some wins to help his season. No one understands how his team is getting wins, but it doesn't come by accident., With the week 5 win, Joey is now the all time wins leader in Nibbas history, and trust me. Were all confused how... as Joey moves to 3-2 in the standings, he has a good matchup vs Brady his Njigbas in week 6
The New Leader in the pack, Sebastian Debo. Tied with Eli in 1st place, but does have the points tie breaker, Debo is atop us all. The high scorer in week 5, he is now riding a 4 game win streak. He took a week 1 loss and hasn't looked back since. He got a nice easy win against Sean in week 4, riding the coattails if Amon Ra and Josh Jacobs, but at the same time. Wasn't really much competition from Mr. Garner and his Mahomies. Beating Sean by 30 and then following it up with a 66 point win vs Treven. I mean, 6 guys above 20 points is always gonna be nice to have and hard to beat. He looks to continue his dominance as he looks forward to a week 6 match-up vs Dawson, might as well just mark that up as another win...
As Debo took 2 steps forward, Mason has taken 2 steps back.. he keep saying he has too many guys to start and doesn't know who to play. Well Mase, start the guys that gets you wins, not losses. He took a a tough 8 point loss to Joey in week 4 and then took a 9 point loss to Scooter. He drops from tied-1st to now being in tied-2nd. He hopes to bounce back and beat Eli's tough squad next week. Jetas is in fact not cooking, and Mason keeps leaving scoring players on his bench. Maybe Mason oughtta ask Chat GPT on who he should start next week before his 2 game losing streak turns to 3...
Dawson and Sean... better luck next year!
Eli took his first L in week 4, after losing to Scotty, but then barely squeaked a win out in week 5 by barely beating Sean by .6 points. Eli moves to 4-1 and his tied in 1st place going into week 6. Eli has a heavy wieght battle in week 6 vs Mason Riley Alex as that will be one to keep an eye on. Puka Puka Puka, the MVP so far of the season, keeps moving along catch after catch, one 30 point game after another. Nothing seems to be slowing him down. Eli looks to get some key players back from bye to keep his strong 2025 campign going in the right diection!
Scotty, 2 wins in a row, who knew that could happen for him. His team has finally woke up! Beating Mason this week and Eli last, Two good wins finds him at 3-2 now and tied-2nd. He does have a tough match up with Rayce next week as Rayce looks for revenge from election night. Jeanty and Hurts carrying him into back to back wins, or was week 5 just a FLUKE. I mean masons kicker getting hurt wasn't part of the plan. Scotty has worked his way outta the last place punishment hunt for now, but lets see if it stays that way. I mean who knows, Scotty might be able to trade Ollie Gordon for Derrick Henry here soon. Cause everyone wants this soon to be starter that he keeps raving about!
Brady going 1-1 these past 2 weeks puts him at 3-2 overall. Losing to Treven week 4 and beating Dawson week 5, he sits in the middle of the standings looking for a good spark from his guys here soon. CMC avoiding his injuries somehow, JSN balling with his white QB, and Judkins proving to be an elite RB1 has Bradys team in a bright spot with a bright future. All with Bowers nursing a knee injury, makes his team a sneaky dark horse with a lot of season left!
Now we talked about Bradys team with a bright future, we might have to bring up the Brown kids who are getting chased that don't really have a bright future. Trevens team is just not clicking, team chemistry isn't there, and their looking like Urban Meyer is coaching them. Maybe Me. Breon will be making some phone calls at the deadline and moves may have to be made to not only get him in the playoff hunt, but out of the hunt for the last place punishment. Pickens and Nix saved him in week 4 to get his team his first tally in the win column, but then got a spankin in week 5. Maybe a reset is needed, a lock room ass chewing, a benching to set the tone. Casue hes got a good matchup with... oh wait, he plays Sean. Treven is back in the win column and will look ahead to week 7 after he knows hes got an easy win in week 6.
Debo 4-1 Brady 3-2
Eli 4-1 Rayce 2-3
Mason 3-2 Treven 1-4
Scotty 3-2 Sean 1-4
Joey 3-2 Dawson 1-4
